Two once-homeless convicted sex offenders have found homes in Clark County, in the Minnehaha area and south of Orchards.

Forced girls to have sex

Brian Andrew Younce, 29, has moved to 4402 N.E. 60th St. He is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group deemed most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Younce was convicted in Clark County in 1998 of indecent liberties with forcible compulsion and sentenced to about five years in prison. He forced a 14-year-old girl to drink alcohol and sexually assaulted her, the bulletin said.

In 1996, he was convicted of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes in Clark County. The bulletin said he forced a 14-year-old girl to have sex against her will. Younce is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 220 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

Raped two boys

***Ronald Rollings, 46, is living at 4000 N.E. 109th Ave., No. 230, south of Washington State Patrol headquarters. He also is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, a sheriff’s bulletin said.

In 1997, Rollings pleaded guilty to first-degree rape of a child in Clark County. He molested a 10-year-old boy on several occasions in 1992 and 1993. He was acquainted with the victim.

The year before that, he pleaded guilty in Clark County to third-degree rape of a child, a 13-year-old boy whom he also knew.

In prison, Rollings did not take part in sex offender treatment, the bulletin said.He is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 190 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Younce and Rollings are not being sought by police.

Younce is being monitored by the sheriff’s unit and the Sex Offender Tracking Unit of the Vancouver Police Department.

Rollings is monitored by both those police units and the state Department of Corrections.
